Worker Registration - VSCCA Empire Cup

Come enjoy the VSCCA’s biggest event of the year, the Empire Cup.

• You can volunteer for Friday, Saturday or both in the registration process.

•    8:00 AM: Check in at the VSCCA worker trailer
•    8:15 AM: Flag Meeting
•    9:00 AM: First cars on Course
•    First session of the day is VSCCA and then every other hour with an alternating schedule:
  • VSCCA cars on course at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
  • Worker break starting at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM
  • Track cold at 6:00 PM latest
•    12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch (Free) while the LRP Drivers Club is on track

• Lunch: We hand out $25 cash for both days (Buy lunch at the track or pocket the cash)
• Friday Dinner: Potluck provided by the VSCCA
• Saturday Dinner: Free Pizza and beverages from Mizza’s

• Wear all white
• Prepare for all types of weather
• Bring sun and bug protection
• Be at least 18 years of age

• Is not required but appreciated

• Those of you that are experienced or have flagged with us before we appreciate your talents

• All volunteers must sign the Lime Rock Park waiver at the gate
• As well as signing the VSCCA waiver at the flag meeting
