VSCCA FALL FINALE: The Litchfield Cup
You can volunteer for Friday, Saturday or both in the registration process.
Check in at the VSCCA worker trailer at 8AM
Trailer located across from the Control Tower.
Flag Meeting at 8:15
Cars on Course at 9:00
First session of the day is VSCCA and then every other hour
Lunch during 12:00 hour while LRP Drivers Club on track
Check in at the VSCCA worker trailer at 8AM

Cars on Course at 9:00
Same alternating schedule as Friday: VSCCA cars on course at 9:00, 11:00, 1:00, 3:00 and 5:00
LUNCH:
We will have cafe vouchers for both days.
FRIDAY and SATURDAY DINNER:
Pizza and beverages from Mizza’s at the Lime Rock Café
PUMPKIN CONTEST
We will be having our Annual Corner Worker Pumpkin Carving Contest.
Please keep the following categories in mind:
- Automotive
- Racing
- Scary
- Classic Carved
- Best Found Items Incorporated
- Funniest
- Most Artistic
Answer the question on registration whether you plan to enter the contest or not.
Event requirements
All Volunteers must...
- Wear white.
- Prepare for all types of weather.
- Bring sun and bug protection.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Is not required but appreciated.
- If you have no experience, check out Marshal Gear
- Also, email Jim Bottomley, Flag Chief at jimbotmga@gmail.com
- Introduce yourself and let Jim know your race experience and interest in learning to flag.
- Those of you that are experienced or have flagged with us before we appreciate your talents.
- All volunteers must sign the Lime Rock Park waiver at the gate.
- As well as signing the VSCCA waiver at the flag meeting.
